Shipping Area

Heavenly Creation Nursery (HCN) ships live plants to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

Cold-Weather Shipping

HCN monitors seasonal temperatures and may delay shipment when destination temperatures are below freezing or otherwise present an unacceptable risk to live plants. Shipments may be held until conditions improve or scheduled for an appropriate shipping day.

Cold-weather protection, including insulation and heat packs, is included when appropriate based on forecasted temperatures and shipping conditions.

Customers assume responsibility for weather-related risks associated with live-plant shipping. HCN is not responsible for damage caused by adverse weather conditions or shipping carriers.

Reporting a Shipping Concern

If you have a concern about the condition of a plant upon arrival, contact HCN within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the plant, a description of the issue, and your order number so we can review the situation.
