We only ship within the continental US (not Alaska or Hawaii), no international shipping.

During Cold Weather we will not ship if your local area is below freezing.  If your local area is experiencing cold weather, we may hold the shipment until Monday or Tuesday or we may hold the shipment until local temps are in an acceptable range. We will use insulation and heat packs when appropriate. Customer assumes all responsibility for items shipped during cold weather season (Nov - March). 

We are not responsible for items damaged by shipping carrier, regardless of box condition.
