At Heavenly Creation Nursery (HCNursery.com), we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure plants arrive in the best possible condition. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, the following policy applies to all purchases.
Returns
We do not accept returns.
Live plants cannot be returned once they have shipped.
Shipping, Carrier, and Weather Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers or adverse weather conditions. However, we take extensive precautions to ensure safe delivery, including:
- Secure plant packaging
- Insulation when appropriate
- Heat packs during cold weather conditions
These measures are applied at our discretion based on forecasted temperatures and shipping destinations.
Reporting a Concern
If you have a concern about the condition of a plant upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request review, please provide:
- Clear photos of the plant in question
- A detailed explanation of the concern
- Your order number
Requests submitted without photos or outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
Resolution Options
If, after review, we determine that the issue warrants correction, we may offer one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:
- Replacement plant
- Refund
- Store credit
The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue and plant availability.
